2012 Theories

The year 2012 is littered with prophecy and speculation. Driving not only one singular person to worry, but the entire world.  As the media frenzies over these 2012 theories; we are left wondering what could happen in this epic year.
      Most of the well-known theories are based simply on assumptions. From the communication of ancient cultures about the year 2012, the pyramids, the scientific belief of evolution, and also the assumption that a global cataclysm will occur soon.
      Many of these theories come from ancient civilizations that have been proven correct in the past. One such theory comes from the Ancient Mayan Calendar which mysteriously ends in the year 2012. Making it the lime-light of media frenzies and public panic around the globe.
     There are also theories of mass extinctions or rapid evolution, pole shifts, cosmic rays that will cause mutations. All of which are a cause for concern. However, that isn’t to say that we should panic. The key is to be prepared for any situation that could happen.  Taking steps in furthering our life-spans with well laid plans and preparedness.
